Partiluz was founded in Uruguay with a clear purpose, to design and manufacture transformer solutions that utilities, industries, and energy projects can trust. From the outset, our approach has combined engineering discipline with practical manufacturing expertise to deliver reliable equipment built for long-term operation.
Partiluz is a transformer design and manufacturing company serving utility, industrial, and renewable energy applications. Our engineering and manufacturing processes support reliable performance and long-term operation, with all equipment designed and built in Uruguay.
In September 2024, Partiluz was acquired by GSP Latin America, Inc., a subsidiary of US-based Green Saber Partners, LP.

Green Saber Partners, LP was founded in May 2024 in Houston, Texas, as a diversified technology and operating company focused on delivering engineered power and energy infrastructure solutions across oil and gas, power generation, renewables, mining, and construction industries. Formed through the consolidation of Industrious Energy Solutions in 2021 and Evos Technical Solutions in 2022, Green Saber Partners has grown rapidly through the launch of new operating entities in North America and strategic acquisitions in Latin America; including Partiluz S.A. and Ciea Ingenieria Electrica in 2024.

Chris Harvell
President & CEO, Partiluz S.A.
Chris Harvell is the President, CEO, co-founder, and partner of Green Saber Partners, LP and serves as Chairman, President, & CEO of Partiluz S.A.
Prior to co-founding Green Saber Partners, Chris spent 23 years at Stewart & Stevenson, a subsidiary of Kirby Corporation, supporting industrial equipment and power solutions for energy and heavy industrial markets worldwide.
Gaston Rivoir
General Manager, Partiluz S.A.
Gastón Rivoir serves as General Manager of Partiluz S.A., where he leads the company’s strategic, operational, and technological direction. He brings more than 20 years of experience in electrical engineering and power distribution, with a strong background in transformer design, testing, quality assurance, and product development.
Since joining Partiluz in 2005, Gastón has held leadership roles across engineering and R&D and most recently served as Engineering Coordinator at INGENER before returning to Partiluz.
Castellane Ferreira
VP Business Development, GSP Latin America Inc.
Castellane Ferreira serves as Vice President of Business Development at Green Saber Partners. An electrical engineer with a master’s degree in power electronics, he brings more than 20 years of experience in the electrical sector, with a strong background in product development, strategic planning, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining GSP, he held senior leadership roles at a leading Brazilian company, driving international expansion across Latin America and multiple industrial sectors.
Maria Noel Gutierrez
Director, Finance & Accounting, Partiluz S.A.
María Noel Gutiérrez Sacco serves as Administration and Finance Manager at Partiluz, where she oversees financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, and operational management. She brings more than 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, and organizational administration.
María Noel holds a degree in Public Accounting and an MBA, with prior experience at KPMG and a financial institution regulated by the Central Bank of Uruguay.
Antonio Azziz
Business Development and Co-Founder, Partiluz S.A.
Antonio Azziz is Co-Founder and Partner of Partiluz S.A., a role he has held since 2000, where he leads the company’s business development and strategic growth initiatives. An industrial electrical engineer with more than four decades of experience,
Antonio has held senior leadership roles across transformer manufacturing, operations, and commercial functions in Uruguay and Brazil, with a strong focus on renewable energy and energy storage solutions.
Otto Ries
Technical Director, GSP Latin America, Inc.
Otto Ries is LATAM Technical Director of Green Saber Partners, partner of Partiluz in Uruguay, and co-founder and partner of M2L in Brazil. An electrical engineer with more than four decades of experience.
Otto has held executive and CEO roles at national and multinational companies including Trafo, Ansaldo, Alstom, Areva, and Eaton, leading technical strategy and product development across the electric energy sector.
